Over his lifetime dedicated to the culinary arts, Chef Tony de Luca has progressed from a 12-year-old rolling noodles in his mother’s restaurant to an owner/chef
of his own restaurants, a respected cookbook author, and an acknowledged
architect of the development of Niagara cuisine. Along the way, Tony has become well known not only for his mastery of the culinary arts, but also for his sense of hospitality. The ease with which he engages his restaurant patrons, who find his
love of food as infectious as his broad grin and sense of humour, is legendary.
Here at de Luca’s Wine Country Restaurant, Tony brings wine-country cuisine
to life by creating recipes from locally and domestically sourced ingredients
which reflect the affinity enjoyed between the food and the wine. Our goal is
to showcase how well-prepared, imaginatively-presented food using premier Canadian ingredients, and our internationally-acclaimed VQA wine, come
together to create new and exciting flavour and textural experiences.

De Luca’s is located in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake wine country in Garrison Village across from Jackson-Triggs and Stratus on Highway 55 (Niagara Stone Road). Click here for map
Our hours are: Spring; Starting May 21, open for dinner, 7 nights a week. Starting week of May 21, lunch thursday through Sunday Brunch. Reservations recommended.
